Under repair

If yesterday was cold, today was freaking freezing. 10 degrees celsius before wind chill. I felt as if I were waiting for first lifts at a Canadian ski resort! The offshore breeze cut right through my puffy jacket, my fingers tingled wishing they'd just fall off.. the solid waves looked like buildings with snow blowing off their roofs.

It took one XL hot chocolate, air con turned to high, one long hot shower and the warmth of returning to bed to warm up.
