No funky business on the beach this morning; no cows; no horses just an incredible sunrise and 2 ft clean waves. All the pics were shot using a 100mm Canon prime lens (so no zoom action) - I hardly use this lens. I reckon it's been out of my camera bag only 5 times in 3 years. Why!? I really can't answer that. But, after today's session I found a love for it. You'll definitely see more from this barrel in the future.

Today is HOT! But, like you needed me to tell you that... 38 degrees celsius. Thank goodness my 2pm soccer match in Western Sydney has been called OFF! That means, it's back to the beach for me :-) If you're gonna join me, layer that the zinc on, find your widest brimmed hat and wear it, drink loads of water and stay in the shade where possible. Not worth letting the skin cancers take hold for a darker pigment.
