Merry Christmas ~

Hope Santa was kind to you. Here's your present from Heatwaves. A post on the 25th!! 

I wasn't planning on posting any photos today; but after that magic storm that rolled in at 3pm yesterday I just had to. WOW! An incredible natural phenomenon. These shelf cloud shots in the past have troubled me, I never seemed to be around when they would push up the coast. Not yesterday, I was there with plenty of time to watch and shoot... stoked! Were you on the beach watching it? 

It always amazes watching the beach emptying once the rain and wind pick up, most people run for shelter or try their luck getting on an overcrowded 333. Doesn't take long for the beach to look almost deserted.
