Happy Saturday :-)

If days were properties on a Monopoly board, today would have to be Mayfair. Only the best and a bright blue sky overhead - A million bucks!! Summer has come early and us Bondiites are loving it. The beach is packed; everyone has come out to soak in the spring rays and take a daring swim... I jumped in around lunchtime and my goodness is it cold! I know you'll call me soft but I was only in for a few minutes, lol. Without a wetsuit I'm no match for the current sea temps.

Tomorrow, we'll have to wait and see which property it will be. It will be a heck of a lot colder (halve todays celcius count) but still a glorious shade of blue. More chance of waves too ~

ps. can you believe it has been 18 years since the Sydney Olympics? September 15th (tonight) was the night where we welcomed the world to our backyard and Cathy lit it up! I may have only been 12 at the time but I remember it like it was yesterday, such an amazing experience. What were your greatest memories from the games?? {I think I'll have to blog about mine over the next few weeks}.
