I didn't know what to think or shoot this morning. I was expecting pumping barreling conditions and instead we had super straight closeouts. Maybe a little too optimistic on my part. Oh well, shoot what's on offer!! Bondi and its morning crew made the most of the scrumptious autumn weather by enjoying a peaceful swim and a surf. That was until the piercing shark alarm fired up around 7:30, apparently a 3 metre grey suit was chasing a giant bait ball in the bay. A phototog (unknown at this point) caught it on his/her drone and alerted Bondi rescue. I put my drone up for a few minutes and couldn't see anything!
Still being optimistic that tomorrow will be the XL swell I was talking about yesterday and that the winds will be offshore (fingers, toes and every other part of my body crossed on this one).
Have a good night and I'll see on the sand in the morning,
Adam
