Simply stated, it has been an incredible weekend. Today's post is a mixture from both days.

Yesterday and today have been real scorchers. Intense heat coming as soon as the orb reaches up into the sky. The relief coming from sitting inside with the air con blasting and / or getting wet... for me personally I prefer getting my hair (lol) wet. I had the most fabulous swim this morning; the water was pure glass, a few little runners swept though the bay and the H2O temperature was just perfect (way better than the frigid conditions we've been experiencing lately). 

My favourite moment came as I ducked under the larger set waves. The world seems to stop, everything goes silent and I am in my happy place. It felt amazing being there in one's own company and not caring about how busy it was on the surface. I guess I'm part merman !?

Possible storm tonight... wait and see!
