"Do you even work? Where do you find the time to document this all day?"
The answer is usually the same reason why most posts get sent out so late. I am a casual (substitute) primary teacher; kindy to yr6 in and around the Eastern Suburbs. I absolutely love it!!
My basic shooting routine goes a little like this (frequently changes). 5.50 wake up, breaky, pack lunch, shower and shave; 6:10 out the door and off to the beach to shoot like crazy; roughly by 8:00 I'm heading off to school (depending on which school I may have to leave earlier); 6+ hours of non stop teaching, behaviour management and controlling the chaos; 3.30ish back to the beach hoping it's pumping and offshore!! Either stay down or head home to edit, write something and upload some gorgeous pics for you to enjoy (always fighting a battle to stay awake in front of the computer).
So, yes I do work! I am also very fortunate that my job allows me the opportunity to shoot on a regular basis. Though sometimes those early mornings and long days with demanding kids catch up with me... you'll notice a lack of posts in your inbox when this happens. Don't fret I'll be back soon enough :-)
