Yep, she's a hot one today! 31 degrees as I write this. UV index is a very high 8.8. Please do me a favour and slip, slop, slap; wear a hat/shirt; drink lots of water and get wet at some point today. Being pasty white myself I hate watching people roasting themselves to the point that they're red raw. It's only the start of summer & is it really worth the chance of getting skin cancer!? I say not!!

This morning Bondi was close out central; head hight and but falling. Maybe not the best for a board but definitely worth a swim.
