Frozen slope
~
See you later winter, gone are the days of needing three jumpers, a beanie and gloves just to survive the morning photo shoot. Yesterday, today and for the foreseeable future we've got sunny spring like days to enjoy. Going to make for a beauty of a weekend.
With winter on the decline, the waves have waned too... hardly anything surfable. With little chance of getting any decent surf action I turned my attention to shooting the tiny waves close to shore. I find it extraordinary the unique shapes and formations these tiny waves make. Being so quick they're difficult for the human eye to see and recall detail. By shooting at high shutter speeds the camera can freeze every drop and every ripple in their place.. therefore capturing a intensely detailed and interesting piece of art.
Hope to see you at the beach over the next couple of days..
