Textured sunrise

Morning all,

It's my final day of uni for the year - HURRAY!! 10am exam. Should I have been studying or should I have gone out at the crack of dawn shooting? It all depends on who you ask!!? Lol. So happy I listened to my photographers mind. I spent the time shooting angles of Bronte Pool and I am absolutely stoked with the results (particularly the shot above). I love the uniqueness of it; the wide range of texture and variety of shapes that make for such a striking image. What do you think? Do you like the abstractness? or would prefer the standard Bronte Pool shot (see below)?

Following that I headed around to Bondi to check out the waves (Bronte wasn't special). Bondi was tiny but a relatively cleaner option. Swell 1-2ft Just a good day to be hanging around the beach... for now anyway! Looking likely for a storm this arvo.
