We might have big waves that can cause coastal destruction (see below) at the moment but that is absolutely nothing compared to what Florida is bracing for. Not one, not two but three major hurricanes... Irma currently the largest and meanest is closing in on the coast - Category 4 with wind speeds between 209 - 251km/h. Then comes the estimated 15ft storm surges in low lying areas. Yikes.. Mother Nature.. please have mercy.
