Good morning, and what a wonderful morning at that.

Today is going to be a corker! 30+ by the coast, 40 further out west. Hope you have completed your daily exercises like Bondi crew have. I really don't think you'll want to do in the heat of the day. Stay hydrated and cover up!!

This morning I was on the hunt at South Bondi for shots, but it's hard to get anything without weed in it. The shoreline is covered! Sally Pearson could use it as hurdle practise there is that much. North End is way nicer for weedless swimming... see my IG shots from yesterday~
