My absolute favourite time of year to shoot is winter... the light is gentle and the waves are generally bigger. On this day I was shooting from Bronte at sunrise, trying to capture some of these neat offshore spray plumes lit up by golden light. This was the most spectacular wave I saw, it just stood up and looked all mighty; the wind caught the lip making for the most perfect face & veil. Needless to say I was pretty chuffed with this pic!
